01 · Identify
We surface candidates from Tailte Éireann property data, Overture building footprints, and the SEAI register — filtered by roof area, building type, and grid-zone heuristics before any installer ever sees them.
02 · Model
Each lead gets a building-level Google Solar API model, the SEAI Non-Domestic Microgen grant applied, commercial day rate and 19.5c export tariff factored in, and a 30% derate for real-install constraints — setbacks, plant equipment, structural limits, MIC headroom. The number a prospect sees is what they could realistically install, not the theoretical maximum.

03 · Deliver
Every lead arrives with the business identified, the operational decision-maker named where we can resolve them, recent planning or expansion signals as "why now," and an editable outreach draft pre-filled with the building's economics. The data you need to qualify and act, not just admire.

05 · Munster focus
Tier-2 and tier-3 installers in Munster don't have a national marketing pipeline.
The Irish commercial solar market is shaped by one national player in Dublin, which runs its own marketing pipeline. Installers in Cork, Limerick, Tipperary, Kerry, Clare, and Waterford don't have an equivalent lead source — they compete on referrals and cold outreach against a market that already knows the value of solar.
Klade closes that gap. We focus on the six Munster counties and the six-to-ten SEAI-registered installers who are the right size to act on a steady flow of qualified leads.
