What this is

Klade identifies Irish commercial buildings with strong solar economics and presents them to subscribed installers as lead packs. Subscriptions are monthly, billed in advance via Stripe.

Trials

Each new account gets 7 days of free access. No card required. After 7 days, access pauses unless you add a payment method.

Payment and refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel any time from the account page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months but you're welcome to email us if there's an issue worth discussing.

Lead accuracy

Lead economics (kWp, payback, NPV) are first-pass estimates from satellite data and SEAI grant rules. They're for prospecting, not engineering quotes. A site visit is required to confirm any installation. We make no warranty about whether any specific building owner will engage with you or close.

Use of the service

Don't share your account credentials with non-staff. Don't bulk-export the lead inventory or resell it. Don't use the service to spam building owners — comply with GDPR / ePrivacy rules for any outreach you do based on these leads.

Liability

We provide the service "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

Republic of Ireland. Disputes go to the courts of Ireland.

Changes

We'll email subscribers if we make material changes. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
